● By using our Services, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

● You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

● Salsa.you reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.

● The User utilizes the Platform to consume content and interact with other Users.

● The Users acknowledge that Salsa's role is to merely provide the Users with a platform for communication and Salsa does not exercise any control over content generated by the Users on the Platform and/or by using the Services.

● Salsa shall facilitate the provisions of the Services and independently provide diverse offerings and provide such other Services (including account creation and management, management of various products and services claimed, transaction summary generation services etc.) to the User by allowing them to register and providing access to the Platform on the terms of conditions set forth below:

● Salsa does not charge any fee for browsing and using the Platform.

● Salsa reserves the right to change its fee policy from time to time.

● Salsa at its sole discretion can introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Platform. In such an event, Salsa reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend the fees for existing services, as the case may be.

● Salsa is not, and cannot be a party to, or control in any manner, any transaction/interaction between the Users of the Platform and disclaims any and all liability in this regard.

● The Platform and the contents of the Platform should not be construed as purporting to offer or inviting to offer any information to residents of countries/territories where Salsa is not licensed or authorized to operate.

● Salsa.you provides tools for blocking and reporting users for inappropriate conduct.

● Users should not share personal or sensitive information with others on the platform. By signing in, you agree not to post, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates these Terms.

● All reports of violations are investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, including content removal and possible account suspension or termination.

● Salsa.you cooperates with law enforcement as required to ensure the safety and integrity of the community.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if users:

● Violate these Terms or community guidelines.

● Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

● Repeatedly receive substantiated reports from other users.

● Terminated accounts lose access to all in-app purchases, virtual goods, and any remaining currency.

Salsa.you offers features such as:

● In-app purchases for digital goods and virtual gifts.

● Virtual gifting & monetization for content creators.

● Coins-to-Diamonds conversion at a predefined rate.

● Diamonds-to-currency conversion for eligible creators.

● All transactions are final unless required by law. Users are responsible for any taxes or fees related to their earnings. Payment processing times may vary and are subject to third-party providers.

● Salsa.you reserves the right to modify conversion rates at any time.

● Payments are subject to processing times and third-party provider terms.

● Users are responsible for paying taxes on their earnings.

● All transactions are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

● Salsa.you and its Services contain proprietary content, including logos, designs, and software.

● You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without permission.

● User interaction with ads is subject to our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

● Misleading or inappropriate ads are not permitted, and ad partners are required to comply with our standards.

● Salsa has endeavored to ensure that all the information provided by it on this Platform is correct, but it neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data or information displayed on this Platform and Salsa shall not be, in any manner liable for inaccuracy/error, if any. Salsa makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the Platform and/or its contents and disclaims all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability in respect of information displayed and communicated through or on the Platform, including any liability, responsibility or any other claim, whatsoever, in respect of any loss, whether direct or consequential, to any User or any other person, arising out of or from the use of any such information as is displayed or communicated through or on the Platform or the provision of the Services. Any reliance the User places on such information is therefore strictly at its own risk. In no event will Salsa or its employees, affiliates or agents be liable to the User or any third party for any decision made or action taken by the User's reliance on the contents on the Platform.

● The User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained from Salsa through the Platform is done entirely at his discretion and risk, and he will be solely responsible for any damage to his computer systems or any other loss that results from such material and/or data. There may be circumstances where, due to technical or operational difficulties, a live stream may be disrupted or unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all required systems are functioning correctly, Salsa takes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for the non-availability of either individual live streams or the Platform/Services at any point in time for any reason whatsoever.

● Salsa periodically conducts scheduled maintenance and upgradation exercises for the Platform and the Services which may impact the performance of the Platform and some functions and features may not be fully operational during those periods. Such maintenance and upgradation exercises will be conducted with prior notification to the Users.

● Salsa provides the Users a platform for communication. Salsa doesn't control what Users do or say on the Platform, and it isn't responsible for their actions or conduct or content (including unlawful or objectionable content).

● The User understands and agrees that the use of the Platform/Services requires electricity, internet connectivity and telecommunication links without which the Platform/Services will not be accessible. The User shall bear the costs incurred to access and use the Platform/Services and Salsa shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be responsible or liable for such costs. Salsa will not be liable for any issues in the Platform/Services that arise directly or indirectly due to fault or lack of electricity, internet connectivity, and/or telecommunication links.

● Salsa.you and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services.

● Any reliance on information or content is at your own risk.

Users can report violations, including:

○ Sexual content

○ Harassment or threats

○ Illegal goods and services

○ Underage presence

○ Animal cruelty or child abuse

○ Salsa.you reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.

● As a condition of access and use of the Platform and Services, the User warrants that he will not use the Platform and Services for any purpose that is: (a) not permitted by these Terms; (b) interfering with or disrupts access to the Platform or the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Platform); (c) unlawful or illegal under any law for the time being in force within or outside India or prohibited by the User Agreement. In addition, the Platform shall not be used in any manner, which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other party's use and/or enjoyment of the Platform or infringe any intellectual property rights of Salsa or any third party (including another User).

No User may share/upload/distribute any content on the Platform which:

● belongs to another person and to which the User does not have any right;

● is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or an online game (as defined in the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended (the 'IL Rules'), that causes user harm (as defined in the IL Rules), or promoting enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence; is harmful (as defined in the IL Rules) to children;

● infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;

● deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any misinformation or information which is patently false and untrue or misleading in nature or, in respect of any business of the Central Government, is identified as fake or false or misleading by such fact check unit of the Central Government as the Central Government Ministry may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, specify;

● impersonates another person;

● threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence, or prevents investigation of any offence, or is insulting other nation; contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource

Salsa.you's Community Guidelines include, but are not limited to:

● Personal Safety: No harmful, reckless, or illegal activities.

● No sexually explicit or suggestive content.

● Respectful interaction—no harassment, hate speech, or bullying.

● Authenticity—no impersonation, fake accounts, or deceptive content.

● No sharing of others' private or sensitive information.

● Respect intellectual property.

● No spamming, scams, or malicious activities.

● Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

● Salsa.you may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the practices or content of those services.

● Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.

● Users must comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws.

● Salsa.you may restrict or terminate access to users in restricted countries or regions.

● Salsa.you reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

● Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

● These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

● Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
